Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Randy joined Broadvox as Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. As CFO, he is responsible for all financial aspects of Broadvox’s business activities. Randy brings to Broadvox nearly 25 years of financial management expertise with both privately held and publicly traded companies. From 2000 to 2007 Randy served in various executive finance roles with Dell, Inc. – including positions in Dell’s business unit serving Small & Medium Business customers as well as in Dell’s worldwide internal Information Technology organization. Prior to Dell, he was an Audit and Business Advisory Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP where his primary focus was serving both private and public small- to medium-sized businesses, including advising his clients on business strategy, capital structure and formation, and M&A. Randy is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
